I wanted to let you know why I chose you… first, you took the time to teach us about our trees. Second, you drew out the plans for our property and explained them to us. Third, your professionalism and person touch was just what we needed to build our trust. Finally, you were the only one to offer us references and proof of insurance. While we had several bids and you were not the cheapest, we do feel that we got what we paid for.
